With deep expertise in perfusion science and clinical education, Ryan leads IPC’s national programs in perfusion staffing, training, and service delivery. From supporting complex cardiac procedures to developing high-performance teams, he ensures every engagement is backed by clinical precision, operational readiness, and an unwavering focus on patient outcomes.
Hayden Miller brings over a decade of frontline experience in cardiopulmonary bypass and ECLS support. A former respiratory therapist turned perfusionist, he has led in the OR, in transport, and at the state level — including as Chairman of the Oklahoma Board of Examiners for Perfusionists. Since co-founding the company in 2014, he has trained more than 1,500 ECLS clinicians and continues to lead through education and clinical excellence.
